I am finally succeeding in lowering my weight. Taking off about 1 pound a week for the last 12 weeks straight. Hope to look close to normal by Dec. 31st. 10 more weeks, 10 more pounds. Seems like a reasonable goal to me!

I've been getting tossed out of my house, moved into an apartment, diagnosed with diabetes, new job, new girlfriend, new computer, new motorcycle, finding new places to drink, dance
and date. Other than that, not much of doing anything. Running 3 to 4 miles a day in a futile attempt to lose weight.
Missed you guys.
